     O R D E R :

           Sri. .T.Rajeshwar School Asst. ( Hindi)  Z.P.H.S,Singitham has stated that the circumstances leading for Stepping up of his Pay  on par with his Junior Smt.K.Kavitha. School Asst. ( Hindi ) ZPHS Patancheru   In his application. In terms of conditions laid down at para 3 of G.O. 2^ND read above as per check list. The proposal has been examined as detailed below.

It is noticed that  the pay of the Junior, was  fixed as per FR 22(B) ON PROMOTION & got the promotion on 01.11.2010  after getting   Special Grade ,SPP-1A  on AAS in feeder post and resulted drawal of more pay than Senior in RPS 2010  whereas the pay of the  Senior , was  fixed as per FR 22(B) ON PROMOTION & got the promotion on 02.02.2009 after getting Special Grade   only    on AAS in feeder post and resulted drawal of less  pay than Junior  in RPS 2010           And also the unit of appointment for the both the feeder post is Medak Dist  And subjects taught of same. In the light of fulfillment of above conditions as per the check list,  the pay of Senior Sri. .T.Rajeshwar School Asst. ( Hindi)  Z.P.H.S,Singitham is stepped up on par with his   Junior  from Rs:  17540/-   to Rs: 18030 /-  w.e.f 01.06.2011 (i.e, Pay Fixation under FR 22 B with date of next increment in the lower Cadre of the junior ). monitory benefit from dt. 01.06.2011 in RPS -2010

b)    Senior as well as the junior should be promoted to the same category post carrying the same scale of pay under the same mode of Recruitment and the same unit of appointment in the lower category	YES
c)     The pay of the junior in the lower category they have been less than or equal to that of the senior in the lower category prior to promotion of  the senior to the higher post	YES
d)    The anomaly should have arisen directly as result of the pay fixation of pay in the existing scales under AAS	YES
